Mood:  on fire
Topic: Tip # Three - Content

Now getting the big picture is important as you have to really fully comprehend your position in the Internet Marketing business. You must have relevant and valuable content for the visitors that come your way. There must be a hook, that is, you offer information, give a solution to a problem or offer some kind of special deal that no one else is offering. If there is a reason for the visitor to come to your site to look at what you have, you have a better chance to make a sale.

There has to be a benefit to your visitor from using your site.  To repeat, if there is a benefit to your visitor , you are on your way to success on the Internet.

The flow of relevant content goes something like this . Finding relevant keywords, learning some ad grouping techniques, being able to write relevant ads, constructing relevant landing pages, having relevant products and making the sale.

This pattern outlines the flow of relevance and is the ideal flow that brings success to Internet Marketers.  By following through with this pattern on your campaigns, your chances of achieving positive ROI (return on investment) will be much higher.

Keyword's tend to generate sales and keyword selection is a very important technique to master for the Internet marketer. Most successful internet marketers put a lot of work into keyword research before actually committing to a campaign. One quick rule here that I like to use is that keyword's that are three or four words long are more specific to your product. These are called long tailed keywords.

Ad grouping techniques describes the actual grouping of your keywords. One technique that has shown great promise is the common ketword technique. This technique helps to keep your keywords relevant and cooperating with each other. Should a keyword not fit in with your current adgroup, then it should be taken out. Ad groups with less than 6 or 7 keywords are OK , but having groups with more than 25 or 30 keywords can pull down your rating on Google. It is a tenet that relevance makes you money, so keep your ad groups tightly related.

Getting visitors to your website is is an action that needs to take place for the IM'er to make a sale. This means someone must click on a link. If your ad is not enticing enough or your offer is just run of the mill, you are not going to get this click. This means your ads should be relevant to the product you are offering and to the keywords you have picked. It also means you must know who your consumer is.

All this being said, don't miss the sale because your landing page does not have the content you need! Remember, a relevant landing page has relevant content that will attract your prospects to your relevant offer.

Some Internet marketers tend to get their advertising correct, get keywords that work, but they lose it on the landing page. Don't be one of those.

I hope this helps shed some light on the content of your marketing project. Now, for more detailed information, you can click on the Internet University link on the right and check out my Wealthy Affiliates site. You'll be glad you did.
