Here is a strategy to use social bookmarking sites and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services such as Skype and others . Now you may be unfamiliar with Social Bookmarking sites, so here goes. Social bookmarking allows internet users to perform an activity over a WAN that allows users to save and categorize a particular and personal collection of bookmarks with the intention of sharing them with other users. The WAN in this case is the Internet. The Internet User also has the option of taking bookmarks saved by other users and adding it to their own collection. There is also the option of subscribing to another's list. This particular pattern has been called a personal knowledge management tool in some circles of influence.
Ideation of shared and on line bookmarks was conceived back in the early days of 1996 with the beginning of such websites as itList . Interestingly enough, before 5 years had gone by, on line bookmark services became competitive. It was enough success for some companies to be able to raise venture capital and be able to develop a realistic model that would make them money. Many companies entered the market and failed when the dot com bust separated the men from the boys. This was more incentive to those left to build a money making model.
My favorite site (right now) is at Onlywire dot com . You can book mark up to twenty sites there and ping them each time you write a new article. Here is the link . Just give it a try .

Tying in Skype is easy as Skype has their own Social Bookmarking software and Skype is free to use if sender and receiver are both on Skype. VOIP Technology has become increasingly reliable and robust in the last decade. Call quality is up significantly also. Instant messaging , for instance , used to be a separate entity . Not so anymore. Now , I'm using Skype as an example but their are other VOIP company's .
All of these different VOIP companies are causing the line to be blurred between messaging and voice. For a fee, you can call around the world or text around the world. You can send chat files to any computer running on the three largest platforms. If you are using Skype, you can log in from any library or anywhere els, since you are not attached to one location. A lot of companies use VOIP to Communicate if the staff is constantly moving to new locations.
If you combine these two mediums , you should be able to develop a powerful tool to drive traffic to your website. For more detailed information and other sources, please click on the Internet University link on the right.
I really want to see some comments about this article and the blog in general.
